Companion 3 Series II No Power, Tried Reset, What Next?

I noticed that my system was no longer working, despite being plugged in.  I checked all of the connections, and then I tried the power reset, and still nothing.  Is there a fuse someplace I can check, and if so, how is it accessed?  If it is not a fuse, what are my options?  Thanks!

Thanks for the post, and sorry to hear about the issues you're having.

 

If you've checked the power connections and a different outlet and you're still having the same issue, I would recommend contacting your local support center via phone to arrange for service.  Select your country, then scroll to the bottom to "Contact Us".
