Companion 5 Windows Update

Windows update .. again!    Have explored ALL resources for windows drivers, dell drivers, sound card drivers.  The sound is fine when I unplug the USB and use the internal speakers but when I plug the Bose back I'm getting spotty sound levels that changes at any time. Volume increases and decreases on it's own.  I have owned and used these speakers on several computers with no issues for at least 4 years.

Re: Companion 5 Windows Update

Hi tritoncargo,

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your setup.

This started happening after a Windows update?  Which version of Windows are you running?

If you unplug the USB and instead plug something into the AUX connection on the volume control, do the same volume problems occur?

Let us know so we can get this resolved!

Best Regards,
