Connecting a Lifestyle 38 Series IV to cable-less 4K TV

Is it possible to connect audio from a 4K TV to a Lifestyle 38 Series IV home entertainment system?  I have the model with a VS-2 Video Enhancer that has HDMI outlets.

You need Audio Return Channel (ARC) in the HDMI ports of the TV and the Video enhancer, which at first blush doesn’t sound very audio in nature.

Hello Detroit1969,

Thanks for posting in the community! In theory, you can connect the Lifestyle 38 IV to your TV, you will need to connect all your other systems e.g Blueray player to the TV via the HDMI connections. Then you will need to connect the Lifestyle system using an optical cable to the TV and you will no longer need the VS-2 anymore; this is the best to maximize your picture and sound quality.
