Control Pod in companion 5 not working properly


I am from Mumbai India, I am using a companion 5 since 4 years and i am very happy about the quality of the sound. recently my control pod has developed issues the sound output is not stable it goes up and down, sometimes the output stops. can anybody guide me to overcome this problem?

There are a few things you can try.

Connect the Companion 5 to a different computer to test.  

Disconnect and reconnect the control pod from the bass module.

Reset the computer.

Reset the Companion 5 by removing it from power for 30 seconds and reconnecting it.

Replace the USB cable.
