Going into sleep mode

I have my sound-touch 300 set up to my Sony 4K smart T.V. Problem is, when I am gaming, and I have my PS4 headset on, the automatic power saver on the sound-touch is set to go into power save mode after about 30 min. When the speaker shuts down, it also turn off my T.V. This is incredibly frustrating when I am in the middle of game play. I tried switching the settings on my T.v> to the other selections for sound, but this had no effect. Every time the speaker shuts off, so does my T.V. the only solution that I have found is to kill the power to the BOSE soundbar while I am using my headset, but this is very tedious, and will wear out the connector well before its time. It is also a pain in the butt. Anybody have any idea's?

Re: Going into sleep mode

Hello Mjohnson1025,

If you go into the settings of the SoundTouch 300 (in the App) you can turn off the CEC function which is causing this. You will most likely need to manually pair the TV with the remote to control it.
