I have a disc stuck in my Bose WAVE Music System III. It says there is no disc. Is there no manual eject on the body of the unit? Do I have to send it in to have the CD removed? I tried the reset. It did not work at all.
Thank you for posting. There is one other you can try before calling for service. Unplug the system from power, and flip the unit over so you can read the serial number. Then flip the system back to normal position and plug it back in. Even if the disc still ejects at that time, I suggest to go HERE and select your country, choose contact us at the bottom of the page for service.
