Hey guys, we've been patient. It was stated Bose would no longer swap consoles for customers to try and resolve the problem. And since then... dead silence. What is going on? When will we get any type of answer or fix... or refund?
Would love for my Lifestyle 600 to work as advertised! FWIW, swapping sources on the remote no longer works for me.
