I am not able to turn off my Samsung TV (UN65MU8000FXZA) using bose remote. I tried to reconfigure several times. It was working initially and suddenly it stopped working. Is there any help I could get in this regard?

Thanks for the posting.
We're sorry to see controlling your TV stopped working with the Bose remote, but I'd be happy to help.
Have tried both manually entering the remote and auto detection during remote setup on the Bose Console?

Thanks for the reply!
Can we try and turn CEC of and back on in the Bose Unify menu. Also, let's do the same on the TV by disabling and re-enabling Anynet +.
Let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the update.
I just wanted to confirm, at this point, is the only function missing the power off command or no control at all with the TV?
Thanks for letting us know. Would it be possible to connect the IR emitters to the console and then to the TV? I'd like to see if setting this up will help with the control.
This was exactly the issue I had earlier and I had to take my device to Bose store and get it exchanged for a new one unfortunately. And now again I am getting the same issue. It is very disappointing. I tried all these IR blasters before as well and it was not working.
