Lifestyle 600 Audio Problems

Cannot get audio from TV when streaming amazon prime.  I have had to disconnect and power down the LS 600 in order toi get audio from the TV speakers.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for the post, and I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're having.

Are you trying to get audio from the TV to play through the Lifestyle system, or are you trying to just use the TV speakers instead of the Lifestyle system for a certain source?

Yes I am trying to get the TV to play through the Lifestyle system. All the other sources play through the Lifestyle, but for some reason the TV will not.
I have to disconnect the Lifestyle in order to get audio from the TV.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info.

Is the HDMI that goes from the TV to the Bose system connected to an ARC enabled port on the television?  This is required in order to get audio from the TV back to the Lifestyle system.

What is the brand and model of your television?
