Light continuously flashes on 300 sound bar

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on

(Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

 

What environment do you experience the issue in?

(noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Hey Dansad,

 

Thank you for taking the time to post and welcome to the Community.

 

Could you elaborate on the behavior of your speaker? Is the LED scrolling white or continuously flashing white? Also, is this the first time you're setting up the system, or have you moved the speaker to a different location for a new WiFi signal? I'd recommend a reset on your speaker by disconnecting it from power for two minutes and testing afterward. Let me know how you get on.
