Thanks for the question, and welcome to the community!
Which Bose system do you have?
Where are you streaming Netflix from?
Let us know so we can get this working for you.

do you have an optical cable available?
that could fix the issue.
i tried using an optical to my LS, and access LS system interface to assign the optical cable and it works
Thank you for your response. Forgive me but I am not very technical in this area. When you say LS do you mean Loud Speaker? If so we have tried that but it didnt work. Thanking you in advance of your reply.
Oh ok. Can you advise then exactly where you inserted this cable into on the lifestyle system and then where the other end went into. As I mentioned before this is slightly above me. Thank you.
no problem on the side of your lifestyle system optical cable should be connected to the optical in.
and the other end of the cable it would be on the tv which is labeled digital out "optical".
and for assigning the optical you need to connect an yellow or composite cable to out on the lifestyle system and the other should be on the video in.
great - the first part all makes sense - just to clarify for assigning the optical, I need a composite cable (yellow/red/white cable) and connect one end to the 'Audio Out' on the Lifestyle System, and the other end to the 'Video In' slot on the Lifestyle System? Thanks for the clarification
