I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years and over the last 1-2 years you've become very customer un-friendly. Examples? Trade-in programs discontinued. Replacement parts not sold. Zero response to social media inquiries.

I lost one of my Large tips on my QC30 this weekend and now it looks like I'm SOL to use them since you don't sell replacements. Question: do you really think I'm going to spend another $300 on your product just to get a new tip? If I have to spend money it will be with anyone BUT Bose.
