I have the SoundLink 135 system and my subwoofer cuts out intermittently, like 1 out of every 3 seconds of bass.  I have a 5GHz/2.4GHz Xfinity router and the SoundLink system is connected to the 5GHz, but I do not have the option to move either to a different room.  Any suggestions?

Hi Pwarren83, 

 

Can you try to unplug the sub from power for 30 seconds as well as resetting the console to see if it helps? Here are the steps to reset the console:

 

  1. Turn the control console off
  2. On the control console, press and hold Power for five seconds. The red LED will turn off
  3. Release the Power button
  4. Retest the system

Note: It is not necessary to remove the power cord or any connected SoundTouch Wireless Adapter from the control console

 

Does the audio drop out the same regardless of what source is being played?
