SOLO 10 SERIES 2 BLUETOOTH AUDIO NOT WORKING with IPhone XS

Hi

 

I have solo 10 series 2 which used to work with my iphone 6s Plus .Recently i swtiched to iphone xs and it is connecting to the speaker but not playing audio.

 

I have even updated the firmware today , but did not help.

IPhone xs plus seems used BT 5.is that a problem ?

Thank you for reaching out to the community!  I will happily assist you. 

Can you confirm you updated the firmware of the phone or the Solo system?
Can you also try clearing the pairing list on your Solo 10?

You can do that by following these steps: 

  1. On the remote control, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until the Bluetooth LED turns blue
  2. On your mobile device, delete Bose Solo system from the Bluetooth menu. The system emits a tone and is ready to pair a device
