Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
The SoundBar is not responding to remote control prompts. Keeps flashing/blinking the WiFi light non-stop and does not respond to any commands. PLEASE HELP!

3 days ago after l for the first time connected my Samsung TV via Optical Cable. Previously l was using the Bluetooth option.
Any troubleshooting steps you took
I have tried restoring my WiFi network but cannot complete as the soundbar is non-responsive. I have also tried switching it off for extended periods of time but it just comes back with flashing WiFi light.
