I have a Wave and CD players needs repair. I paid for the service and received an email to "click through to our courier website" and then there is an 18 digit number. I assume the courier is UPS, it is not mentioned anywhere in the email. How do I print the label from the UPS website using this 18 digit number?

Via the UPS website this should give you the option to print off your UPS label. I believe the 18 digit number will be your tracking number which you can view whilst your product is in transit. 

 

If you're unable to find a shipping label, please reach out to your local product support team and an agent can get this label sent to you. 

 

You can reach out to your local support team via clicking this link and selecting your region, this will redirect you to our website. Please scroll to the bottom of the website and there you will find a 'Contact Us' tab, this will provide you with all the relevant contact information for your country.
