Solo 5 Suddenly Stopped Working

So my brother was watching TV when suddenly he said the speaker stopped working. I tried to check and it has no power or no lights, remote was working and tried to unplug for more than 5 minutes then plug it back in but still not working. Any help?

Thanks for writing in!  Sorry to hear about the power issues, but would be happy to help!

 

  • Have you been able to try using the speaker in a different outlet?
  • Is there a surge protector for the soundbar?  If so, can we bypass the surge protect and plug in direclty to the outlet?
