We got the Soundtouch 300 for Christmas (2 months ago) and it was working fine until today. We watched a show on Chromecast and then when we switched back to regular TV, there was no sound. The owner's guide suggested holding down the TeleText button for 10 seconds until the lights went white, but the lights never changed. Any suggestions?
The owner's guide said to reset the system by holding down the TeleText button for 10 seconds until the lights went white. But the lights never changed, so we were not able to reset the system.
I just want to make sure you pressed the SoundTouch button on the remote before trying the reset? I also want to make sure you were pressing and holding the bottom right button on the remote? In the manual it looks similar to the TV input button.
