Soundtouch app trouble

I’m having trouble with the app via my iPhone only. It can’t find any of my speakers, which are connected through three SA-5’s. I can use the speakers through Amazon’s Alexa, and other devices, but in the app on my iphone, it says the speakers are not found. I logged in to my iPad and I can find them in the app there, so it’s simply in my iPhone X, where I usually Control the app, where I’m having trouble. I’ve restarted the SA-5’s, downloaded the latest iPhone update and then fully restarted my phone, and at this point, not sure what else to do. Thanks.

Thanks for the post, and sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the SoundTouch App.


Can we try a power reset on your wireless router?  Simply unplug the power for 30 seconds, plug back in, and test the app.  Are you able to now see the systems?


Are your SA-5's connected to your home network via Wi-Fi or ethernet?
