Using older bose cubes with new subwoofer

I bought some double cubes with redline on Ebay. There is no subwoofer with them. Can they be hooked up with any Bose subwoofer or is there some numbers I need to match?

You probably should go on eBay and purchase a similiar vintage Bose Acoustimss module.  Depending on how many double cubes you have would determine which or how many Acoustimass modules you need.

I once built a 5.1 surround sound system using 5 Bose redline double cubes.  I purchased a refurbished Bose Acoustimass 7 from Bose and a used Bose Acoustimass 5 on eBay.  I used an Onkyo receiver and Klipsch subwoofer for a killer 5.1 system.
