Videowave 2 bose TV screen not responding to console (stays of when should be on)

Hi,

 

I'm having this problem with my Bose VideoWave 2 system

The monitor does not respond to the console anymore. The red light on the monitor starts blinking when i turn on the console, but that is about it.

the screen does not turn on at all. The console however, responds to the remote. after resetting it a few times, and also reconnecting the remote, the monitor still doesn't do anything.

Can anyone help? this has been going on for a few weeks now..

There are serius problems with one part of the TV and these are being replaced.
Contact Bose directly by phone and explain your case. If there is not a solution to troubleshoot your request then they will offer other solutions, be open to negotiation
