bose cinemate gs series 2 crackling in left speaker

Crackling just started out of nowhere.

Hello,

 

Welcome to the community, we are very sorry to hear that you are having a cracking issue with your left speaker.

 

I would firstly suggest you perform a product reset of your set up. Perform a product reset by following these steps:

  • Turn the product off
  • Unplug the power cord from the power outlet
  • Disconnect the Interface Module from the Acoustimass Module. Wait 30 seconds
  • Reconnect the Interface Module
  • Reconnect the power cord
  • Retest the system
