bose solo 10 series 2 bluetooth does not pair

When I hold down the bluetooth button on the remote, the speaker merely switches from "TV" to "bluetooth" function, it never goes into pair mode. No matter how long I hold the button. Can't pair anything. I was given this speaker I don't think it was ever used vie bluetooth.  Works fine with TV, but can't pair any bluetooth. Heelllppp!!!!

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Curiously, have you tried resetting the system by disconnecting power for 1 minute, then reconnecting? If not, please try this, and let us know if this helps at all!
