cinemate 520 smb cable lengths? Do they matter how long they are?

I have a cinemate 520 system and the accoustimass module keeps dropping signal. I contacted bose and they offered me a 13ft smb cable telling me that was the only length they have which is great. Problem is that it wont be long enough to place the module where I need it. Looking for a longer smb cable.

Perhaps there's someone on the Community who has run into this situation and can recommend a place where to order a longer SMB cable from.
