I'm sorry to hear that. Do you have the system that has a flip top lid with a clock on the front? Can you try to unplug the system from power for 60 seconds, remove the 9V battery from the bottom of the unit (if you have one installed), and re-test? If this still fails there may be something malfunctioning on the unit that we can't fix with troubleshooting. Please reach out to your local service group to see if they have any options.
