Acoustimass Multimedia Speaker System Wire Clips

I own an Acoustimass Multimedia Speaker System.  I noticed loss of one channel (L) and a clicking noise.  On inspection I saw the plastic retainer clip for one wire channel had released the wire.  When trying to re-attach the wire, the retaining clip broke away.  Tried the other clip and it also broke away (thinking age). The springs came off their mounts.

I tried the automated repair system and it did not recognize the serial number that is listed on the base module.

I spoke with a tech support representative this am with the same results.  

I have emailed a picture of the s/n:A3P20DU110809 to the online group and am awaiting response.

Looking for a way to get/re-attach retainer clips.
