Amber light flashing 4 times on soundbar 700

My Soundbar 700 has worked fine for the last 8 months and a few days ago it stopped playing sound from the TV. The soundbar is connected to my wifi and plays content from the web, and it connected to my tv and played sound through bluetooth, but not through the HDMI TV ARC connector. I've tried resetting the soundbar twice and it doesn't work.

Thanks for reaching out and already trying some great troubleshooting!

 

This would commonly mean that there is a source error. I would recommend that you look at the Bose Music app for further instructions.
