The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Bass module 300

Hello I have a Soundbar 300 and bass module 300 and just received it back from Bose repair and was working fine for about a week and then same issue began blinking red light,so I unplugyit took it to the living room where I have a soundbar 700 

And still have the same issue on one occasion it did work on the 700 but tried it again following day and red light blinking again. It’s Frustrating every time and take so long for repair this is like the third time don’t understand why the won’t give me a new one rather than dealing with me all the time.

I am so sorry to hear this issue persists after repair, this is very bizarre. 


What I would suggest at this point, as we cannot access your repair files via this platform, is to reach back out to your local Bose product support regarding this. An agent here can go through what was done in the repair and go through alternate options with you.
