I am having trouble connecting my Rogers Ignite TV to the Bose 700 universal remote. All my others devices like Apple TV connect fine. Anyone able to get Rogers Ignite TV working on their remote??

I'm sorry to hear you've had issues attempting to set up Bose control for your Rogers Ignite TV system. How far are you able to get through set up, does the app ask you to provide a model number for your TV system?
If you make it through set up and then you're noticing the remote does not control the system, this could be a signal related issue. Are there any physical barriers between your Soundbar and the Rogers TV unit?

I am having the exact same issue with the same 2 products.
My cable box is hidden but I have taken it out and it still doesn't work.
The apparent brand of the cable box Is Technicolor
and the model number I have been told is IPTVTCXi6HD
but on the box it says TX061AEi
I find it hard to believe that there is no solution but i've been trying for a while now.
Bose retail, technical support and chat have all said different things

I added the TV separate under tv and was added no problem
then I added the cable box under configure sources which I was advised to do with the model number.
