Bose SB700 Music app stuck @ loading on iphone 11pro ios 13.3

The Bose Music app did work, now will not. I have uninstalled/installed 6 times no help. I suspect the iPhone 11pro update had an issue? I got it working fine on the iPad so the user and PW were correct just not accessible with iPhone, my main device to setup. Not Solved yet.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry to hear you are unable to use the Bose Music app on your iPhone and I would be happy to help with this.

 

It sounds like you have done some great troubleshooting already by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Thank you for trying that and letting us know.

 

Just to clarify, at what point in the start-up process does the app get stuck on your iPhone?

 

One thing I would recommend you do is to reboot the phone as well as uninstalling the app. So what you would want to is:

  • Uninstall the Bose Music app.
  • Reboot the phone.
  • When the phone restarts, reinstall the app.
