Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

I can't pair my Bose Solo 5 Remote with the AT&T uverse cisco receiver. When I try to pair it: 1. Sometimes, the CBL-SAT button will turn off before I get to the last digit or 2. I can enter the last digit, hit +, CBL-SAT button turns off, but nothing happens. I cannot change channels or control the receiver.  The code I've been using is

Also, I can't program the TV either.  I've been using the following code:

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

The setup is in my home office

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

I just moved cross country. It was working in my previous residence where I had a Sony

Any troubleshooting steps you took: Tried resetting the remote, and removing the batteries. Did not help.

Re: Bose Solo 5 Remote Control and AT&T Uverse

Hello Rakuriha,

Thanks for posting.

It sounds like you may be using an older Bose remote, so it only requires 4 digits. Please try 7692 and 0060 instead.

Please let me know how you get on!
