Remotely not possible need to take the unit to the service center, no other way.

Dear bose advicer team,
I have almost same case with my bass module of lifestyle 650 but the light is not showing on...even I unplug and tried to connect again. It was happen suddenly when I turn on the unit.

@Irwan NP, If your bass module is not showing any light at all, then it would be a good idea to plug it into another power outlet, and test it with another power cord if you have one.
If after doing this you still do not see the light on the bass module, I would recommend getting in touch with your local support team, as the others in this thread have done. they will be able to help you resolve this issue. You can find the contact information at this link, by selecting your country/region and then the 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of the page.

Off course that's one part of my troubleshooting, even I checked already the continuity of the power cable...
I don't know whether there is a fuse inside or not?

Bose lifestyle 650 bass module is not getting connected to the console. Iam using it on the wireless mode. The system was working fine for the last 3 YEARS in the same position (wireless and same location of the bass module) however now from the last TEN DAYS there’s no sound from the bass module. When switched on The bass module gives out a amber light, white light and no light for approximately 3 seconds each in sequence.
Please help.
