Bose solo 5 not working. It’s connecting to Bluetooth and tv but no sound. It was working fine suddenly stop working.
Welcome to the community. I am very sorry to hear that your Solo 5 appears to no longer be working.
Can you please inform us of what the LEDs state on your speaker once you turn on your Solo 5?
Has anything recently changed in your set up prior to this issue?
Have you ensured that you have the right source selected on your remote control when switching between Bluetooth and TV Audio?
