My BOSE Soundbar 300 doesn’t works. The signal light is ticking and cannot enable the audio.

I'm sorry to hear that your Soundbar is not operating as it should. I'd be happy to look into this for you!
Firstly, can I ask what you mean by the signal light ticking? If these are the LED's on the front left of the Soundbar, can I ask which of the symbols are active and what colour these are?
Furthermore, can I ask if the system responds when you use the remote to place this into Wi-Fi (SoundTouch) or Bluetooth mode? If so, are you able to receive audio through those means?
