I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues connecting your SoundTouch 300 to your WiFi network. I can completely understand how frustrating this must be for you and I will do all I can to assist!
Firstly, I would recommend resetting your soundbar. To do this, unplug the system from power wait for 30 seconds and plug it back in. Once complete, try the setup process again.
If this is unsuccessful, I would recommend trying the alternative setup method. I have included the LINK HERE to assist you in how to do this.
