You have lots of options if you want to attach Bose speakers to an Atmos receiver.
Acoustimass 10 system on the Front, Centre and Rear Channels. 791 in the ceiling.
Alternatively there are separates like the 301’s and even the 151 and 161 surface mounts.
Dont hook up the cubes directly to the receiver. That may result in damage.

Get rid of the amp. The Bose Acoustimass modules will do the job. Each and every double cube must be wired from your receiver to an Acoustimass module to the double cubes.

This is what I did. Bought AM10’s for the 5.1 then added an AM5 which is essentially 2 satellites and a sub, so a 2.1. I got mine refurbished (factory sealed) all in for £850 from Swindon Bose outlet.
I connected these to my Atmos Sony STR-DN1080 amp (bought from nephew who works at Sony) which is a 7.2 system. The 5.1 was a standard connection. However, the AM5 was connected to the other 2.1 ports to give the height. So, I now have a 5.2.2. Although not perfect, it does provide a basic Atmos setup (and not bad for the price). Netflix Atmos is provided through the Apple TV 4K box. Sky Q provides limited Atmos through some of its movies & box sets.
All in all very happy with my setup. However, ceiling speakers had to be wired... a story for another day.
