The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Please visit our support homepage to experience one of our many other digital service channels or simply use your Community log-in credentials to sign in to your My Bose Account to view your orders and view support options.

Lifestyle 25 Help

Can someone help with providing information related to using the Bose Lifestyle 25 system with a new Samsung Q90R OLED 4K UHD TV.  Currently have this system connected to my Panasonic G29 TV.  Upgrading to the new Samsung and I do not know if the system will be compatible and be able to hook up.  I was hoping not to have to go out and get a new systems as this one works very well. Thanks for any help!

Re: Lifestyle 25 Help

Hello Crewsn,

Welcome to the community.

With the Lifestyle 25 system this requires a coaxial connection between the system and the TV. I would recommend in looking into your Samsung TV to see whether or not this connection as available for your product.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,

Re: Lifestyle 25 Help

Thanks. But I need more information than coaxial cable.  What type are you referring too.  HDMI Cable, Fiber Optic or what?
