Lifestyle AV 28

Hi,

My Bose Lifestyle AV 28 doesn’t play acoustic anymore. After 15 years. Could it be the audio input cable?

I'm sorry that you are having problems with your system. 

 

To clarify, are you referring to your Acoustimass? 

 

If so, I would recommend resetting the module by following these steps:

  1. Unplug the Acoustimass module power cord from the power outlet
  2. Unplug the audio input cable from the Acoustimass module. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the audio input cable to the Acoustimass module
  4. Reconnect the audio input cable to the media center
  5. Reconnect the Acoustimass module power cord

You can also try another audio input cable.

 

Get back to me with the results of this troubleshooting.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your recommendation. I did reset the module already. Still didn’t work. I will buy a audio input cable and hope it works.
