Lifestyle V20 video issues with Xfinity box only.

The Bose theater system will no longer display sound and video from the xfinity cable box. Other devices work fine, even when I connect them to the port for cable. I tried setting the rate to 720 and others and still flickering screen/sound.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Xfinity cable box not functioning properly through your Lifestyle V20 system.


You mentioned trying the HDMI port with other devices and them working, so I assume you tried connecting the cable box to the other HDMI ports on the console?


On top of this, I'd recommend trying a different HDMI cable for the cable box if possible? You may want to try connecting directly to the TV to see if the cable box is having any issue as well.


Let us know how the testing goes. Also, when did this issue start occurring?
