The RC5 remote is compatible with a large number of our Lifestyle systems, including the Lifestyle 3, 5, 10 and 11 lines of system. For the most accurate information, can I ask which system you're using with this?

Furthermore, can I ask what troubleshooting you may have already tried here (such as replacing the batteries, attempting to pair again etc.) so I don't ask you to repeat yourself?

Liam, thanks for the reply.  I have the Lifestyle 5 and I did check the batteries and no I did not try to "pair" the remote.  I do not know how to do that, can you tell me how.

Thanks for following up with us! 

 

To pair your remote with your system, follow the instructions below:

  1. Power off your system
  2. On the system console, press and hold the Store button until two lines begin blinking on the system display
  3. While holding the Store button, press any button on the remote: The lines stop blinking on the display.
  4. Release the Store button.
