After finding out my Base Module 700 speaker not working, and going through the fault finding procedure, i contacted customer care at Bose and i am so great full for the service i received.

From the initial conversation with the customer service, she helped me so much in packaging, to receiving and sending the base module back to Bose for repair.

They explained that due to Covid it would take up to six months to get it back, but the whole process took around 5 weeks to have it back and working perfectly again.

Thankyou so much to everyone involved in getting my speaker repaired.

Thankyou BOSE!
