I was trying to register my newly bought Bass Module 700 on Bose.com. It came out to be unrecognisable when I tried to do so using the physical serial number printed on the label of the module. However, when I tried the serial number printed on the box. It was recognised and registered. My question is, why is the physical serial number printed on my Bass Module 700 not recognised during registration? Will I have issue in future when I tried to claim warranty for this product?

Glad to hear you were able to get your products registered in the end, but do not worry about this if you have to come to us for service. We suggest that you keep a hold of some proof of purchase and we can get an accurate date for when your warranty period begins. If purchased from the Bose website, we can also access your customer account to receive this information also.
