My Solo 5 universal remote will operate the sound bar, but quit operating the cable system. It worked for a while, then quit. I have removed the batteries and re-installed them, but this didn't help. A couple of minor things on the TV will respond, but it will not show the menu or change channels. It used to do all of these things. I have had this system for less than a month. The sound is great and I love it. I have an older Visio TV and Xfinity/Comcast cable.

I would recommend clearing the remote codes and reprogramming them.

I tried this last night several times and it hasn't made any difference. The Bose remote still operates the Solo 5 sound bar, but not the able system. Thanks, Brian
