Solo TV Sound 410376-No Power

After many years of great service the speaker is not turning on.  I have unplugged and left off and had it come back on for a few days but it is not powering on now after many attempts to unplug and rest appliance.  What do I do next?

Thank you for your help.  I cleaned the power cord contact into the sound bar and that seems to have corrected the problem.

I'm sorry to hear you have had issues with your Solo TV system. I'd be happy to help!

 

I would recommend trying another power cord to see if this helps.

 

If you are still unable to power the system on, I would recommend trying to force a firmware update. Instructions for this can be found here.
