Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce


cant get solo sound bar series II to work with Sharp LC-46D64U TV using the optical cord.  Are there known compatibility issues?


What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)


When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?


Any troubleshooting steps you took

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Solo and your TV. 


Have you enabled the optical port on the TV by selecting it as the audio output via the TV's settings?
