Bose Music app suddenly dropped Spotify on all Apple iOS devices. error message [c10001]
Why do I see 'currently unavailable' message when I select Spotify via app? Iphone and app are up to date. As well as HS 300 and Portable HS.
Same issue. I suddenly cannot use the Bose Music App to control the Spotify. I tried to remove the Spotify, and now I even cannot link Bose Music App to my Spotify premium account.
Spotify option is now even not in my Bose Music App....
I could not use it this morning, and now the Spotify option disappear in the Bose Music app.
Do you have this problem?
Hello I have a Bose 700 sound bar and a Spotify premium account, today the app decided it will not link Spotify like, never. I’m from colombia the service was working until today, as it doesn’t want to link on the Bose music app. I’m on an iPhone, an iPad, i have tried on 3 different phones and I can’t get this to work. I get the message “this service is not available at the moment” and it was working just fine. I deleted Google Crome and uninstalled all the pop up blockers.

It worked normally yesterday... I guess it is a new bug!? so not too many people report yet.
Yeah it seems there are more people with this bug, on Android could it work?
