To give us a better insight, can you please provide us with screenshots of the error message(s) you are seeing?
In addition, how long has this been happening? Did you purchase the Soundbar new or second hand? Are you using an account you set up from scratch? Does anyone else have access to the soundbar? Are you using a VPN?
