Volume on Bose Music App

Hi I am facing volume problems again on my 500 sound bar/sub/speakers system after the latest update. Volume is going high up without touching the volume bar and risking damaging the system. Really disappointed with this app and not acceptable from such a brand.  Any one having same issues.

Hi Cherrybun, I'm sorry to hear that you having some issues with the volume on your Soundbar 500 system. I'll be happy to help in any way I can. 


Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already to get this working? 


If not, try resetting the system by unplugging from power, leaving it for 30 seconds and plugging back in.
