bose 650 lifestyle

I tried resetting my console & remote because my Bluetooth and Soundwave are not working, now nothing works. I changed the batteries in the remote. There's a red light on the console on. Need help.

Hi @Bobbybx77,

To confirm, are you having issues connecting devices to the 650 system via Bluetooth? For how long has this been a problem?

How are you using the SoundWave system?


In regards to the red LED, this can indicate a system error. I'd recommend unplugging the 650, leaving it unplugged for two minutes and connecting it to a new power socket/strip. Afterwards, let me know if the red LED is still showing.
