connecting wireless Karaoke mic to Sound Touch 300

I'm trying to connect wireless mic's for Karaoke between Smart TV (Samsung) and ST300.

Currently my TV is HDMI connection to ST300, so if I'm adding a mixer (to allow mic's), it needs to be HDMI in/out.

But I was hoping that somehow ST300 knows already how to mix mic's with YouTube Karaoke (for example) coming from FireTV stick, or Apple TV. As long as the mic's can connect Bluetooth (for example).

No,  The mixing needs to be done before it enters the Soundbar.

The soundbars (as most "all in one" home theatres, and even many amplifiers) are single input.  So if you could connect the wireless mic to it, you won't hear the music coming through the HDMI.
